Computers have truly revolutionized this generation and allowed people to entertain themselves and increase their productivity by simply being able to do their tasks faster with the help of technology. Who hates it when they are downloading a game, but they have to wait hours in order to play it? Quantum computing can help drive that process within seconds. A simple computer uses bits to operate its system, while a quantum computer uses quantum bits to run operations. Quantum computers can also be integrated with artificial intelligence by helping it be faster with decision making and analyzing data all within a blink of an eye.
Currently, quantum computers have begun to play a role in developing predictions toward protein structure. In fact they found that in the Zika protein, they predicted its folding way faster and more accurate than the standard computer.
Overall, although quantum computing has played a limited role in our lives as of recently, there will be no doubt that its role in productivity and efficiency will be immensely greater than ever before. Furthermore, quantum computers can transcend the current state of life by helping increase productivity and efficiency of the daily tasks of humans all over the world.
